The customer service he provided was above and beyond, he informed me of the time it would take for the repair to be completed upfront, I informed him of my needs for transportation while my vehicle was in the shop and he helped arrange a rental at enterprise. The final bill was under what he quoted me which made me extremely happy! I can get my vehicle serviced anywhere, I choose Village Ford because of people like Jonathan! Brittany. More
Leaking overhead Took my f250 for repair as water was leaking from Moon roof switches overhead. Asked for oil change same visit. The service took 10 days. Service adviser refuted my son's insistence that the leak was around overhead switches. According to SA only the windshield needed reset/repair.. One week after the vehicle was returned and we had snow melt.... there is leaking from the switches! My roof liner is wet and water leaked onto dash....who know about what is happening to the wiring around the switches? More

Bad experience I bought a new Ford Flex 2018 from them. Last winter When my collision sensor. Stopped working .I dropped my car for oil change and to fix sensor.Th I bought a new Ford Flex 2018 from them. Last winter When my collision sensor. Stopped working .I dropped my car for oil change and to fix sensor.They did not do it and they told me that cross bar is bent and The car was involved in accident. At that time I called them and spoke with salesman and the manger.They denied everything.I called them many times until they stopped answering me Yesterday I took my car to another dealer to fix engine light which was on. I was been told that my car was involved in huge accident .They sold this car to me as brand new car. Now I do not know what to do. More

One Happy Customer I’ve had my eye on a mustang for years and knew I needed one. After my car was hit and I now needed a replacement, I jumped on the opportunit I’ve had my eye on a mustang for years and knew I needed one. After my car was hit and I now needed a replacement, I jumped on the opportunity to make it happen. I’m a car nut, I’ve done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted. I visited a local dealer with a shifty salesmen; I over heard him and a fellow salesmen talk about how they’re hiding 3 oil changes and floor mats into a dael he was working.. at that point I just wanted to make sure I fit in a mustang and I was going to leave. I told him I just wanted to just sit in one and I was going to dip. He offered a test drive and I at first said no because I really didn’t want to waste his time. But the salesmen insisted, so, why not? I saw it and It had everything on my list and more. I knew I wanted that one or one just like it. So, I took a picture of the VIN and sticker. I handed in the keys and left. Not satisfied, I reached out for advise and Village Ford came highly recommended from a friend. Next thing I know I driving to a dealership an hour and a half away (when it didn’t snow). I was greeted by the manager Jay and he introduced me to a salesmen named Ali and his sidekick, Nizar. I didn’t want to waste their time, so I explained the situation and showed them the VIN of the one from the test drive and I asked for one with the same options. Village didn’t have one on their lot and low and behold there was only one that appeared when Ali searched... The one I test drove... Great! Now what? Jay and Ali asked me, if that was the one? I said “yeah, it was!” They assured me they’d make it happen. Next thing I know, a day later, I’m on the phone and learn how the whole Village Ford team pulled together to get me that car! Super excited, I drove 2.5 hours in the snow to sign the paper work and get the process going.. Not only did they get me the exact car I wanted.. they even got me a significantly better deal! My dream car for less?? AND now I have extra money to modify it?! What could make it better?! Being super late on a Thursday and with the newly fallen snow, we agreed I’d take delivery on Monday. That was the longest weekend ever! They knew I’m super busy at work and put in a ton of hours. The Village team was able to help me, again! They had the car delivered to me at work! I didn’t miss any work but the only downfall, I had to work the next six hours knowing my car was outside waiting! Haha This team really went above and beyond for me. I felt like I was treated like family! I owe a sincere thank you to Jim, Jay, Tom, Ali, and Nizar. You have one satisfied customer. A+ work. I now owe my friend dinner and I know where I’ll send people when I convince them to get a mustang (or other ford) More

Feels Like a Used Car Dealership Been looking for a used car this week. Been to several dealers in eastern Michigan. Village Ford has not caught up to the times. Gives you the stereotypical "used car dealer" feeling that has annoyed people for years. Tight quarters to work with salesman. Everything feels pressured. They disappear for long periods of time without good explanation. Drove vehicle with definite vibration that my wife felt in passenger seat. Decided enough was enough when salesman tried to convince me I really didn't feel it. No joke but the six or seven other dealers have all adapted to the modern no pressure type approach with great customer service and open inviting showroom. Will give them kudos individually. Would not shop at Village Ford again but don't wish them ill. Hope they revise their model and catch up with the times one day. Pressure and "playing sales games" drives the modern consumer away, at least myself and the people I know. More
