.I do not reccomend this dealer. Your dealership is lacking in customer respect and you should be ashamed of how you treat hard working customers. I don't need anyone to contact me from your dealershi lacking in customer respect and you should be ashamed of how you treat hard working customers. I don't need anyone to contact me from your dealership because you can't fix how small and demeaning I felt walking out of your dealership. Also, I dislike dishonesty and charging 690 dollars for a warranty that you advertise as coming with the vehicle is dishonest. I reccomend that people look elsewhere if they are buying a ford. I was a return customer but I will never buy a ford again because if the way I feel I was treated at this dealership. More

This vehicle should not have been sold with all of these problems! I bought this 65,000 mile 2014 F-150 King Ranch in Oct 2019 w 60k extended warranty at Village Ford in Dearborn Michigan. Drove it a coupl problems! I bought this 65,000 mile 2014 F-150 King Ranch in Oct 2019 w 60k extended warranty at Village Ford in Dearborn Michigan. Drove it a couple days and check engine light came on. Today is Dec 1 and trucks still in the engine shop! Valve spring, Head, rear window, and AC evaporator. Everything's covered so far including rentals. This has been a pain. Glad I got the warranty😣 More

Failure on multiple levels. Took my car to village Ford and they had it for over 2 weeks. I was told I had to take it back to the place where the recall was done because the work Took my car to village Ford and they had it for over 2 weeks. I was told I had to take it back to the place where the recall was done because the work was not done correctly. They put 130 miles on my vehicle and said that was what was needed to make sure it leaked oil and to make sure it didn't leak anymore. They did that without informing me at all, only after the fact. I brought my car in with a full tank, 2 mi used from the tank and they gave me the car back with 12 mi to empty. They were fighting me on replacing my gas but they did in the long run. I would not recommend this dealership period. Not to mention that I had to call each time to get status of my vehicle and they only called me twice in a two week on status of my car. They do not follow through with what they promise nor do they keep their promises.If you're looking for a Ford vehicle to be serviced or to purchase, I would not recommend going to this dealership at all. Fixing the issues the first time is not what they do at all. I had this oil leak for over 25,000 miles and they kept saying it was faulty parts but it's the works not following specs. More

Excellence again!!! I bought a used car from Village Ford about a year ago I went to every Ford dealership around trying to find my son a car finally at Village Ford I fo I bought a used car from Village Ford about a year ago I went to every Ford dealership around trying to find my son a car finally at Village Ford I found what I was looking for and the price and payment!!! I was treated like pure family !!! But recently the car overheated I did not buy an extended warranty the car was dropped off at (mistake)Jack Demmer Ford on Michigan Ave I went in and they asked me if it was under warranty I said no and explained to them not sure what was wrong and that it overheated I was then told it would be a 30 day wait just to look at it and was told that I might be better off taking it to where I purchased it from as he held my keys up with the Village Ford key tag on them I then called Village Ford had the car towed down there later that afternoon it was checked in through via text the next day I was called and told what was wrong with the car it had a recall that initiated everything and told that it was his goal (Pete) to make it where it was zero coming out of pocket for me!! I had my car back in 3 days total with nothing out of pocket truly honest people and we'll never go anywhere but village Ford to buy a new car, used car or any type of service and I will recommend everyone to do the same good honest people thanks again village Ford...👍👍👍 More
