I explained to him why I was there and just looking around waiting. To make a long story short I purchased a 2015 Honda civ and traded in my 2013 Honda Civ. Yes I got a good deal, for a oil change! Thinking I had my oil changed before leaving my state and knowing that I would soon be a long way away from any Honda dealership I became very concerned. I took it into their service department. A gentleman, (I didn't catch his name) took a quick look at my oil level and the other fluid levels. He assured me that all was well and where I had had the car (2013 CRV) serviced had not reset the maintenance button. He was very kind, even offered us bottled waters before putting us back on the road. PLUS...he didn't charge me even though I offered to pay! I wish I lived closer so I could do more business with this company. THANK YOU!!! More

Do NOT go here I went to Vidmar Honda to purchase my car since my lease was running out. Ed, the salesman I worked with, was excellent. However, Kristi Biggers in the Finance department was a nightmare to work with. Not only was she incredibly rude, she lied to me about my credit score and would not let me see my own credit report. She told me my credit score was 100 points lower than it actually was. I'm sure that was so they could try to say my credit wasn't that good when I actually have above average credit and charge me a higher interest rate. Run, don't walk from this place. Rude staff and sketchy practices. I ended up getting a great deal from Front Range Honda in Colorado Springs, without any hassle - a deal Vidmar stated I could NEVER possibly get from anyone. If you are looking for a Honda, make the extra trek up to Front Range Honda in Colorado Springs. More

Personal belongings in car were gone through. I visited Vidmar Honda on 9/12/14 for a routine service on my car. The service performed on my car was performed to my liking. Staff was very friendly, but be warned that if you take your car to this service center, someone may go through your personal belongings. When I confronted my service advisor, Monica Yates, she said let me go get a Tech. The Tech, Shea McAndrews, that came to talk to me about my personal items to include center console, as well as papers placed next to my driver seat, where all gone through and totally rearranged. Shea and Monica could not provide a good reason as to why this had taken place. However they did give me a free oil change, like that makes me want to go back there. They advised me I could come back Monday and talk to the Service Manager Bob Sanchez. I decided I would email Bob and the General Manager Derek Vidmar but after a week later 09/21/14, I have yet to receive a reply from either one of them. Obviously this speaks volumes as to what type of dealership this is. I would not advise anyone to get their car serviced at this dealership. It's bad that one person can ruin a dealership, but actually it's more than one since the Service Manager or General Manager do not care to respond to a dissatisfied customers email. More
Worth The Trip! I was looking for a 2014 Accord Touring Hybrid in a particular color. None of the dealers local to me had one or could get one. Upon doing an online c I was looking for a 2014 Accord Touring Hybrid in a particular color. None of the dealers local to me had one or could get one. Upon doing an online car search it turned out that Vidmar was the closest dealer that had EXACTLY what I wanted, yet they are 1,400 miles away from where I live! After communicating via phone and email with Mike Baer for a couple of days, my wife and I decided to fly to Pueblo and have a nice road trip home. We were late for our appointment on a Saturday afternoon after running into trouble with a rental car office in Denver and then experiencing heavy traffic on the drive to Pueblo. But Larry Miles was waiting patiently for us and helped make the whole transaction smooth as silk. No pressure, no gimmicks or questionable tactics. He showed me that the accessories I ordered had been installed, and we went for a test drive so that he knew the car was what I really wanted. When it came time to write the check, there was no pressure to buy anything additional. Kristi Biggers did offer an extended warranty, but I declined and she respected my decision and moved on. What a refreshing difference from other dealers that find it hard to take no for an answer! Larry then had Andy Kaufmann go over all the advanced features on my new car (and there are a bunch.) To summarize, my experience at Vidmar was one of the most positive and pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. Friendly and helpful staff made all the difference. My only regret is that since I live so far away I won't be able to go to them for service. :-( More
I bought a new Honda CRV in June 2013 and I can't say enough good things about the experience both in Sales and service. The staff will do anything to help.
