When I returned complaining of the problem and for another oil change (again having to argue the point about my unexpired oil change coupons) I was told the leak was from my power steering line; which I was told was on backorder. After waiting over a month (the part never did come in) and tiring of the oil leaking on my driveway I took the vehicle to an independent garage for repair. In one day the stripped oil plug was repaired and the power steering part found and installed. Whether or not the stripped oil plug and damaged power steering part had anything to do with my insistence that Videon honor their service obligation; I will never know, but I will not be going back to them again for any service or purchase in the future.
