Honest People, quick service Took my jeep in for a oil change on a Saturday morning. Taken in right away. 20 minutes later I was called down to pick up. When I went to pay they in Took my jeep in for a oil change on a Saturday morning. Taken in right away. 20 minutes later I was called down to pick up. When I went to pay they informed me that when I bought the jeep I was entitled to 4 free oil changes, something the dealership I purchased from failed to tell me. Even told me to come back to get the last free one in two months before it expired. Went back for an inspection with 36,000 miles, passed no problem and was not sold any unnecessary items. I was always leary of going to a dealership, but was impressed with Videon. Wil be back, especially for the express oil changes, convenient, fast, and reasonable. More

Everyone makes mistakes now and then, but what distinguishes the stars is how they respond. When I brought this to the attention of John Taylor, the service manager, he immediately let me know that he would do whatever was necessary to make it right – and this was on a Sunday morning! Early Monday morning he called me to arrange to have the service done at my convenience. His obvious concern and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience is reflected by all the staff at Videon’s service department. Well done! and Thank You. More
