Awesome Dealership - Only Second to their People and Service I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level o I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level of service (both people, process and product). I decided I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition for simple reasons - quality, weather versatility, comfort features and last but not least, attractive styling and their recently reengineered models. Obviously, I need service on the vehicle, so I looked around and picked one close to my home in Media, PA. I found a literal gem of a dealership and wanted to share to help others seeking a solid service environment. I find more times than not, it is sincerely difficult to locate a good place with the right service oriented people and a quality product etc. Videon is hands down the BEST car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with - and yes, I said pleasure. Here are some of my own personal and specific reasons: 1) I genuinely feel they respect and value me as a Customer - they are very polite and courteous 2) They treat me with fairness and focus on how to help - not try to up-sell or hassle me 3) Their facilities are clean, modern and pleasant to visit - they also have a nice waiting lounge 3) The staff are eager to offer meaningful promotions to help you save money (e.g. oil change bundles, etc.) 4) Their service department is very fast and solve issues the first time 5) Just a little factoid - I did NOT buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee there, but you would never know it with how service oriented they are to my wife and I Their Sales staff are really friendly and informative too. One time last fall, while waiting on an oil change, I was looking at the newest version of my vehicle and noticed it now came in a diesel version too. Even though I was clearly not going to buy, one of their sales folks spent upwards of 15 minutes with me to share some of the new features and also help me better understand how to determine if going diesel would be beneficial / practical or not. I thought that was great and plan with 110% certainty that I will be going to Videon for my new Cherokee when it's time to buy again. I have no reason to share this information except to praise Videon and help other consumers. What made me think to do a write up is simple - I received an email to survey their performance after a visit I had yesterday. Given 25 years of driving cars (buying / needed service for them), I realized how at home I feel with the Videon team and wanted others to know they are there. Great job Videon keep up the great work! More

Everyone from my salesperson, Bob Cox, to the Business Manager, Margie was friendly, helpful, and honest. They made the experience completely painless, which can rarely be said for car buying. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy my next car at Videon. Thank you! More

I really appreciate all the hard work Jim did to get me to the price i wanted to be at. Other dealers just gave me a much higher price and said that's it. Jim listened to what i wanted and worked hard to get it done! Other dealers said i did not qualify for any incentives. Jim actually took the time to look and make sure i received all of the incentives I qualified for. It got me exactly where i needed to be for the brand new jeep grand Cherokee i wanted. I will not send any of my friends and family to another dealer again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

Steve Videon the silver spooned owner now, knows less about cars than anyone I have ever met. It’s obvious he was handed this dealership from daddy - no professionalism at all. Great Experience at Videon dealership! I have been shopping the small SUV market for awhile now, trying all kinds of Makes and Models.....as I narrowed my decision down to the vehicles I li I have been shopping the small SUV market for awhile now, trying all kinds of Makes and Models.....as I narrowed my decision down to the vehicles I liked, also the dealerships I preferred because of how they treated their customers and did not BS their customers, which many of them did, unfortunately....Anyway, I favored the new Jeep Cherokee over some of the other vehicles but was about to rule it out because it seemed from other dealership I was working with, I just wasn't going to get the price where I wanted it.....at the last minute I shot a configuration off to Videon one night.....I was greeted with an email from Jim with a Great price on the model I wanted, I cross checked with Consumer Reports extra auto buyers membership I have online as well as Truecar.com and the price was Great.....I went down to dealership, the price was what they said it was, no hidden extra fees etc....I worked with Shaun Diggory and it came down to the value on my trade, after a quick negotiation they gave me just about what I was asking for on the trade and I did the deal! It was easy, they were straight forward, no BS involved, and that goes a long way! On a side note, the model I was going to get and left with actually was missing one small component (cd player)...for the next few days Shawn worked with me to remedy the situation, we ended up finding a model at a different dealer and I returned the one I drove out with and after waiting just a few days, got the one I wanted and we were good to go. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge!! More

DO NOT BUY A JEEP FROM THEM. I went to return a lease and was verbally assaulted by the General manager Mike McVeigh. I was initially given incorrect information by them and when it was corrected I was and was verbally assaulted by the General manager Mike McVeigh. I was initially given incorrect information by them and when it was corrected I was told to bring the car in. On arrival the general manager started screaming and insulting me before I had time to explain the issue. He then threatened to spray me with pepper spray and then continued to insult me.
