Great Experience at Videon dealership! I have been shopping the small SUV market for awhile now, trying all kinds of Makes and Models.....as I narrowed my decision down to the vehicles I li I have been shopping the small SUV market for awhile now, trying all kinds of Makes and Models.....as I narrowed my decision down to the vehicles I liked, also the dealerships I preferred because of how they treated their customers and did not BS their customers, which many of them did, unfortunately....Anyway, I favored the new Jeep Cherokee over some of the other vehicles but was about to rule it out because it seemed from other dealership I was working with, I just wasn't going to get the price where I wanted it.....at the last minute I shot a configuration off to Videon one night.....I was greeted with an email from Jim with a Great price on the model I wanted, I cross checked with Consumer Reports extra auto buyers membership I have online as well as Truecar.com and the price was Great.....I went down to dealership, the price was what they said it was, no hidden extra fees etc....I worked with Shaun Diggory and it came down to the value on my trade, after a quick negotiation they gave me just about what I was asking for on the trade and I did the deal! It was easy, they were straight forward, no BS involved, and that goes a long way! On a side note, the model I was going to get and left with actually was missing one small component (cd player)...for the next few days Shawn worked with me to remedy the situation, we ended up finding a model at a different dealer and I returned the one I drove out with and after waiting just a few days, got the one I wanted and we were good to go. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge!! More

DO NOT BUY A JEEP FROM THEM. I went to return a lease and was verbally assaulted by the General manager Mike McVeigh. I was initially given incorrect information by them and when it was corrected I was and was verbally assaulted by the General manager Mike McVeigh. On arrival the general manager started screaming and insulting me before I had time to explain the issue. He then threatened to spray me with pepper spray and then continued to insult me. I really don't know where to start about my experience with Videon. I was halfhearted in the market for a new vehicle. I went to Videon chrysler dodge jeep even though there are dealerships for dodge closer to Marshall Rd where I live that I have visited, I had done lots of shopping, and from the time I stepped on the lot of Videon to the time I drove off the lot with a New Dart, I was blown away with how well I was treated. There is a warm welcoming feeling that is reassuring, and we had a long time spent at this dealership trying to work out the details of our deal but it almost felt like we were just there to hang out with a bunch of friends and the car stuff was second. There was no pressure to buy a car, and they didn't try to shove a bunch of deals in my face. They listened to me talk about what I was looking for and they presented what options they had for me. There is no way I will go any where else for another car or service, these guys are top notch, its truly a family dealership and I'm glad to say that with the purchase of my Dart, I am now part of that family. I have already told all my friends about this amazing dealership I have found. More

My wife and I were looking for a used car to replace our current used car. Nick was very friendly but more importantly he was open and honest with us. No BS. That goes a long way in my book. We test drove two used vehicles then Nick called up to Mike in the new car lot regarding 2013 Durango's. My wife loves them and wanted to test drive one but we thought they would be out of our price range. After talking with Mike and Nick about finances, Mike was able to put together an offer that met all of our financial needs the first time around. There was no haggling or High to Low strategies. This was AWESOME! I have not experienced that from any other dealerships before. Jeremy handled all the paperwork with the bank. We did not make this easy for him having some blemishes on our credit. He made some calls to his contacts and got done for us. At the same time not making us feel like second class citizens because of it. Lastly, we have a 2.5 year old daughter. She was with us the whole time. The play area was awesome. Everyone loved Savanna and took turns playing or saying hi to her. We were there for about 4 hours over two nights. I truly believe that this type of experience is driven from the top down and an experience like this will only occur at Videon! Regardless of where you live, it is worth the drive! Thank you! More

When I finally broke down to go to a dealership, I ended up at Videon Dodge Chrysler Jeep after a horrible experience at David Dodge. My salesperson, Al, was so friendly and understanding of what I needed that I no longer felt uneasay about purchasing a car. After test driving a few Jeeps I found the one I wanted and Mike McVeigh, the sales manager, gave me all my options up front so there were no surprises in the end. Overall this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car and have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers and family. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about because I had nothing but a wonderful experience with all the people I dealt with while buying my new Jeep. Don't listen to the other reviews, you'll get a great deal, and great serivce from this dealership! More
