I have owned a Ford, a Mercedes, a Dodge, a Chevy, a Honda and never have I encountered the mechanical expertise that I have at Videon. I don’t know how and where their technicians train, but they can diagnose and fix anything. I went to five different dealerships to fix a brake problem, this went on for one solid year to no avail. My first time at Videon, three years ago, the tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. Bob Sundo, the service advisor I deal with, creates an experience, by far the most professional, honest and direct, drama free communication I have ever experienced at any car dealership. He keeps me coming back now for three years. The turn around time in the service department is fast and appreciated for busy professionals like myself. In fact we have two SUVs, one Chrysler, one Chevy. Anyone can sell you a car, but not everyone has the expertise to service it. We will be trading in our chevy this year for a dodge. Janine, the front receptionist is warm, kind, and the best customer service agent I have ever encountered anywhere. More

I bought my first Jeep from there last December and have since came back and bought another one, this time a Cherokee ! I have dealt with Dave Beatty on both of my purchases. He is one of the most honest and upfront salesman I have ever met and I have purchased over 20 vehicles being that I am in my mid 50's. I have referred many people to Dave and he treats them all like they are the same person. Service is great as well ! Videon will continue to get my business for all of my needs. After an automobile accident in Oct. 2013, I purchased a beautiful Jeep Black Dragon from Videon, after driving it for a little over a year, I have co After an automobile accident in Oct. 2013, I purchased a beautiful Jeep Black Dragon from Videon, after driving it for a little over a year, I have come to realize that I purchased the wrong Jeep for me, I really wanted a Jeep Rubicon, not knowing what to expect, I walked into Videon's and I was introduced to Billy O'neill, and I told him what I wanted, he listened, and told me he would work out some ideas, and get back to me, we talked back, and forth for over a week, worked out an agreeable trade value, found the Rubicon that I wanted, and worked out a deal. I was really impressed with the amount of work he put into making me happy, after negotiating the price with Billy, and working with Matthew Bonhage, to secure a good interest rate loan, the deal was done. I have to recommend this dealership, and also recommend Billy, to anyone who want's a good deal, and for anyone with unusual cicumstances, they are awesome, and will go out of there way for you. I got tired of waiting on them and decided to check out Videon. In the first hour that I was there, John Martin had found the exact car that I wanted at my exact price point. I went home to talk to my wife about it that night. John called me back the next morning to say that that car had just sold, but he found me another one at an even better price in New York. John really went the extra mile in finding what I was looking for. What took weeks with a different dealer took a day with Videon. They got the car down here, I signed the paperwork and drove the car home last night, less than a week after our first conversation. John was in contact with me every step of the way, so I was never left wondering what was going on. Terrific customer service! Everyone I encountered was very easy to work with.
