I could not be happier with my new Jeep. Having a tricky current Toyota lease and strict/messy financial restrictions I wasn't optimistic about what my options were. I've been researching my purchase quite a lot for couple months and honestly didn't think there was a Jeep out there in my range I would like. Well....what I drove off the lot was beyond any expectation I could imagine. After explaining to Natasha and Bill my situation...they worked very hard to pick out the right vehicle to match my situation . There was no hard sell for a vehicle outside my means ...no bartering back and forth ...no games or gimmicks. Bill and Natashaa obviously know their product because they picked out the most perfect Jeep ...loaded to the gills ...at an incredible price. And below my budget. All the while being very accomadating and treating me with nothing but the utmost respect. Even though I wasn't in the market for a top of the line Jeep...they all treated me as if I was. It's clear Videon Jeep and all their staff are in business to provide great service and help their customers buy the perfect vehicle versus sell the most or most expensive. The selection on the lot is immense. And I'm positive I was matched with the perfect jeep for me. Marge in finance was exceptional . The paperwork process was smooth and quick. Quite a surprise compared to what I am used to. Even the small hiccup in the paperwork / computer was dealt with swiftly and zero expense to me. And as pleasant as could be. Another surprise as I know on a Saturday a lot of cars are processed and she was busy the entire time I was there. Being the last piece of the puzzle ..the finance part can be frustrating and overwhelming. That was not the case at all. Quite the opposite. The overall experience was a breath of fresh air from my past buying . Natasha took the time to explain every feature of my Jeep in detail...making sure I understood everything clearly and even went so far as setting up my blue tooth for my phone before I drove off. Bill was able to work out an incredible deal for me ...one I'm positive I wouldn't find anywhere else. And I was checked on repeatedly during the process to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the price before it was officially mine. To me that meant the world. I'm extremely impressed with the whole operation at Videon and I will absolutely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you for such an incredible Jeep and overall great buying experience.
