From start to finish he went above and beyond my expectations. I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealers and haven't been kept in the loop so to speak. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but he assured me within a day or two it would be there waiting for me and it was. At least once a day over those couple days he would call and keep me updated. For that alone I was pleased. Then his knowledge of the vehicle especially the touch screen was very helpful. The finance department made sure everything was quick and easy which in the past I always dreaded. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to this dealership and to Jim. More

Have good credit and they will give you a good deal, pretty easy stuff. I worked with Kevin and he was not pushy at all and knew the car. Gave me an excellent test drive on some straightaways and some quick turns so I knew I liked the car. The additional features that can be purchased with the car were a little ridiculous as I needed to buy a rear camera and roof rack in order to get nicer tires. If I could have just bought the nicer tires as I can at most other manufacturers I would have spent more money but that was not Kevin's fault. All in all I am glad I went to this dealership and I am happy with the car and I was happy with the salesman Kevin. He made it painless and very simple. More
