So we proceed to look and she said " what can i help you with today! Well that opened up a conversation color, style of jeep 2-4 door- then things just took off from there : we narrowed it down to 2 door blue wrangler rubicon jeep and explain that we were told we could get the blue one at 4 other dealership : the problem the other dealerships said oh yeah we can get you that color for you" wrong" . Natasha said I'll check and I'll get back you well long and behold the color was not available any more " bottom line she was straight up with us from the beginning " that was a PLUS in our book and another PLUS very knowledgeable about the jeeps! WE learned alot and she explained the "The Jeep Wave" had no clue about that : we only knew of the Harley Davidson wave" she made our buying a jeep a Very fun and good experience and price was good over everyone else's price videon came in way better then 4 other dealerships ! I met Kevin Roman to talk about making a deal on a 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel leftover to find out that the Vehicle is noted NEW. It is not. It is a Demo Vehicle. They still have it listed on the website as a New Car. It is the GM SUV that he takes home with him. How can you sell a vehicle noted NEW? Deceptive Sales Tactics. I arrived at videon Kimberly was waiting at the door with my price printed on paper,introduced me to Kevin and he showed us the vehicles they had on the lot and ended up helping us factory order one. This process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, we drove home in 3 weeks very happy. Our salesman accommodated our busy schedule and meet us even on a day when he was busy with other customers.
