Deceptive Sales Practice. Was in contact with Kevin Roman for almost 1 year regarding a purchase a vehicle from the dealership. After going to three different Dodge Dealerships Was in contact with Kevin Roman for almost 1 year regarding a purchase a vehicle from the dealership. After going to three different Dodge Dealerships. I saw This noted on the website.And already approved for financing though FIAT Chrysler Automotive. On Saturday June 06,2016. I met Kevin Roman to talk about making a deal on a 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel leftover to find out that the Vehicle is noted NEW. It is not. It is a Demo Vehicle. They still have it listed on the website as a New Car. It is the GM SUV that he takes home with him. How can you sell a vehicle noted NEW? Deceptive Sales Tactics. Would not even call back to respond. Sent an email stating that we could not do business. I hate to see what you do to other customers. A bunch of dealers contacted me and just wanted me to I bought a brand new jeep wrangler unlimited through truecar.com and many dealers contacted me. A bunch of dealers contacted me and just wanted me to come in immediately and wouldn't give me any info on price and options just wanted to hound me, then I spoke with Kimberly at videon and she gave me a great price and all the info I was looking for and told me to call back when I was ready, didn't hound or pressure me at all. I arrived at videon Kimberly was waiting at the door with my price printed on paper,introduced me to Kevin and he showed us the vehicles they had on the lot and ended up helping us factory order one. This process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, we drove home in 3 weeks very happy. Our salesman accommodated our busy schedule and meet us even on a day when he was busy with other customers. I will never buy a new car any other way than through true car and videon completely stress free and no haggling necessary. We got a great price and actually afford more features because of this. I highly recommend contacting Kimberly and Kevin R to anyone in the market for a new jeep thank you awesome More

Amazing Nick was originally my Point of Contact, he did the best he possibly could for me and we both decided that Leasing was the way to go. The jeep I found is great and everything seems to be in perfect condition. Even though it's quite a haul from Philadelphia, I'm planning to come back to Videon for service and work done on the Jeep. It's Only 40k Very professional dealership; friendly, courteous and decent atmosphere. However, my fianceé and I felt pressured throughout the sale. We knew we wa Very professional dealership; friendly, courteous and decent atmosphere. However, my fianceé and I felt pressured throughout the sale. We knew we wanted a Jeep and the selection at Videon was great. Our sales rep promised to call us and keep us updated, however, throughout the process, I was always reaching out to him. When we finally arranged a meeting time, it was as if we were on his clock and needed to make prompt decisions with no real appreciation for our time or money. The first offer was an insult but he came back with a great deal the second time around so that was pleasing. Again however, we were thrown into the finance office and were pressured to commit to a $2,500 warranty offer, take it or leave it, with no time to review the offer and nothing was mentioned about the service prior to entering into the final sale. When we chose to neglect the service, we were justified in our choice with slamming of keys on the keyboard and a prompt signature and exit. Finally, we got our Jeep which was an amazing vehicle, but when we returned home, I checked the oil and found that it was very low. So, we were assured that it was ready to go but checking the dip stick and filling it with oil seems to be a pretty minor procedure to ensure transfer of a new vehicle. Overall, I suppose I'm nitpicking but it would have been a perfect experience if we felt valued and that our contribution to the dealership was recognized. Again, compared to other Jeep Dealerships, this was probably one of the better establishments but buying a car for us is something we do only a few times in our lives. We had high expectations so we were a little disappointed with the whole process. More
