Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been serving the Delaware Valley for almost six decades. The proud tradition of putting our customers ahead of everything else started with Frank Videon, Sr., and he's passed the torch to his son, Steve Videon, so that he may continue setting the gold standard for how customers should be treated like family.

The Best Place to Buy a Car- GREAT Experience! We knew we were going to buy a Jeep Wrangler for our son and we visited and talked to 7 local dealerships. We had heard good things about Videon- but it was a wonderful experience to actually have prompt and informative emails from Kimberly AR, followed by walking into the Videon showroom and being greeted by happy, knowledgeable sales force with no pressure or hype. Jim Ballerri and Natasha Kramlich really listened to my questions and helped work us through the process. All questions were answered. Marge Gibbons handled our paperwork efficiently and professionally. Videon wants to make a deal, but they want happy satisfied customers who will tell others, and keep coming back! We are proud owners of a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We could have purchased it at any of the other local dealers...but the Videon Family business cares and makes it a good experience where we got a great car, great pricing, and great friendly professional service. Thank you all! We will be back. More

Easy, great experience! On the tail of a bad experience with another dealership last week, I decided to give Videon a try. I spoke with Kim via e-mail and text, and was approved for a car within a few hours! She was so quick to respond, and I love that I got no nonsense answers and wasn't being dragged in to negotiate. I decided last minute to pick up the car that night and they were happy to arrange that for me. Kevin showed me all the features on my new car and couldn't have been more helpful. Even the woman I spoke to in the finance office (forgive me I forget her name) was super friendly. And I can't forget to mention the cutest/biggest dog I've ever seen, Mudge, who walks around the dealership. Thanks again for all your help!! More
