From that moment on I knew this is where we would purchase the jeep. Kim was straight forward, honest, polite and extremely helpful. We dealt mostly over the Internet and she was never pushy. She was very pleasent and helpful. She sent me all the information I needed and then met with my daughter and took very good care of her. It was a great experience start to finish. I went to the dealership and met with Phil Snyder who was very upfront, knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. They gave me a good price for the truck I wanted and the deal was done. No tricks or bait and switch like some other Dodge dealerships (Springfield Dodge). I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mopar. More

She was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of Jeep ownership (it has been about 18 years since we've owned one).
