Our morale was low and we were very close to getting a used Jeep Renegade. I looked up dealer ratings and found that Videon had an extremely high rating for our area. I emailed Kim through the Videon and she gave me a quote on a brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It was even lower than what we were quoted for a used Jeep renegade. My wife and I were still skeptical. The people at Videon were quick to stop our skepticism. Kim, and her associate Heather were both very professional. The price was transparent from the start. This was a seamless negotiation and I am so glad I went to Videon. They were very upfront on a price, and gave me a better deal on financing than my credit union. This was a true pleasure and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm even trying to convince some family members to get a new Jeep.
