I explained what I wanted and told him that I already went through Carmax but have yet to sign on the dotted line. After a few more emails back and forth I came to the dealership and was welcomed by all the staff working that day but couldn't speak to Brian directly because he was unfortunately under the weather. The process of signing and driving literally took under 30 minutes and to show the class of the staff my sales manager Marge, answered calls while going over my paperwork to politely explain that she was helping me with my purchase which she didn't have to do. I felt like I purchased a vehicle from a place that wasn't trying to sell me what they wanted to sell me and didn't apply any pressure whatsoever which me made feel extremely comfortable! More
