Purchase of new car I was in the market for a new car and visited Videon to test drive a Grand Cherokee. My husband made an inquiry via the internet which was responded I was in the market for a new car and visited Videon to test drive a Grand Cherokee. My husband made an inquiry via the internet which was responded to promptly. We made an appointment and the Cherokee was ready and waiting when we arrived. We were introduced to Jim Mullen who took us for a test drive. I was very impressed but indicated that there was another make car I wanted to test drive. Jim asked was there anything he could do to help me make up my mind before I did that. He was forthcoming in responding to my questions but never pressured me in any way. I actually asked to see a more expensive model Cherokee which I really loved and we sat down and he gave us a price. It was a clear up front explanation of the cost with no haggling. I went home and mulled the decision over a glass of wine and called an hour later with a deposit. He was wonderful to deal with - pleasant and knowledgeable but not pushy in any way! How refreshing! We had actually purchased a car from Videon about 25 years or so ago. I'm so glad we went back! I love my new Grand Cherokee and everyone we dealt with during the process was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Videon. More

Even though I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, not a pre-ow I was referred to Videon by Stu MacGuinness, Videon's Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Even though I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, not a pre-owned one, Stu went out of his way to assist me and he guided me through the process, from answering questions and giving me information about their inventory prior to and after my visit to the dealership, evaluating my trade, getting me a good price for it, and putting me in the hands of the New Sales staff. The rest of my experience at Videon was positive as well, as the Sales and Office staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was made to feel that they were there to accommodate and provide service to me, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into a making a decision. Stu MacGuinness's professionalism, knowledge, and approachability are what brought me to Videon. The entire staff's helpful and low-pressure approach to sales is what will make me a return customer. Other Dealers play games, but NOT VIDEON I wanted to stay local with a new vehicle, so I began calling the 5 that are within or in close proximity to my zip code. Having been in Customer Serv I wanted to stay local with a new vehicle, so I began calling the 5 that are within or in close proximity to my zip code. Having been in Customer Service my entire career, I sensed that whoever I felt would best handle the conversation over the phone, that would direct my decision. SO TRUE with Kim Ayala-Robinson/Internet/Phone first Point of Contact person who answered my initial call to Videon. Kim was the 'drawing card' that ultimately brought me to choose that Dealership for my new vehicle. During our first conversation as I expressed to Kim that I'd be looking around elsewhere, she didn't hesitate to say, 'Oh, I'm not worried, I'm confident of our pricing, it's the best!' Wow, I was really impressed, and she was correct. With Kim's expert guidance I picked a vehicle over the Internet, and for a small deposit she held it for a week. Then came my first visit to Videon. The Showroom is beautiful, huge, immaculate, has lots of natural light, gorgeous vehicles and very friendly people. First we met very pleasant Jennine, Front Desk/Operator. Next I spotted Kim, and hugged her for excellent personal, professional Customer Service skills. If it hadn't been for her patience and abundance of helpful information which she shared during my search I would never have been there. She directed us to Steve Gray/Salesman who organized all the remaining details for my new vehicle. He managed everything perfectly, and was so much fun to be with during our time there. My son and I trusted Steve's advice, and felt very comfortable asking him questions. We discussed plans to return to Steve in a few months for a new truck. Also Steve Videon/Owner came over to say hi, and speak with us; what a super guy and neighborhood Icon. He was so down to earth, taking time to chat. He couldn't have been nicer! Then we were ushered into Marge Gibbons office, Financial, who proficiently explained every item on the paperwork. Lastly Steve Gray brought us out to my gorgeous 2017 white, Jeep Patriot Latitude, to show and explain some important features and final details He was the best! I'd vote Steve as #1. It was an excellent experience, and basically owe it all to Kim who's wise phone manner did the trick! I did contact other Dealers, and honestly their method of hesitating to discuss any deal over the phone with a potential customer is how they lost my business. Now Everyone admires my vehicle, and I refer all to Videon. Thank you from a seriously pleased consumer. More

The business manager was very efficient handling all the paper work and I was out the door with my new car in short order. I've been a customer of Videon's service department for 10 years for my Jeep and my Dodge and I've always been happy with the work and service.
