When I brought this to the attention of John Taylor, the service manager, he immediately let me know that he would do whatever was necessary to make it right – and this was on a Sunday morning! Early Monday morning he called me to arrange to have the service done at my convenience. The final step was making the deal official with Melissa from Finance. She was clear, concise, not to mention refreshingly honest and surprisingly cheery considering she had logged 12+ hours at the office that day!
