This is not your typical dealership it’s much more! Steve Pealer was my sales person. He answered all my emails and phone calls promptly and trust me there were many to him, as I am the type of person that asked multiple questions and needs to be informed of everything when making such a major purchase. On the day we met in person he had both vehicles ready for me to test drive. I was a bit nervous at first to drive the vehicle in rush-hour traffic. Steve was very reassuring and before I knew it I was behind the wheel and enjoying every moment of it .Negotiations for the price of the vehicle were easy-going there were no high-pressure tactics here. Basically what he wanted was to put me in the vehicle of my dreams and that is what he did. The night I came to pick my vehicle up even though it was very late I believe it was after 10 o’clock when I finally left, Steve took his time and made sure I was familiar with everything on the vehicle. He took me through everything on the dashboard, seat adjustment even how to take the roof off. I was very attached to the car was leaving behind even though it was 15 years old and he was kind enough and thoughtful enough to take my old car around to the back of the building so that when I walked out I wouldn’t see it and feel emotional about leaving it behind. He left me with his cell phone number so that if I had any questions the next day or any day for that matter I could always call him. He also made a follow-up call to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and that was enjoying it. I have to tell you when it came to purchasing a vehicle this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had!! I purchased the vehicle of my dreams, for the price I wanted, with Steve Pealer who were kind, courteous and professional. Responsive and Fair When I started my vehicle search I wasn't sure what to expect, I shopped a few of the major brands and made the necessary calls and inquiries to deale When I started my vehicle search I wasn't sure what to expect, I shopped a few of the major brands and made the necessary calls and inquiries to dealers. I found that the responsiveness and attitudes of some of those dealers just did not meet my expectations. Being in sales myself, I'm easily turned off by certain sales tactics and lackluster responsiveness. While searching I happened to find the model and packaging I wanted on a vehicle at Videon. Once I contacted them, Mike took the bull by the horns and really put together a nice package for me. I think being upfront with expectations is the best way to approach buying a vehicle anyway. With that being said, the smooth process made taking the long ride to their dealership worth it. The staff there was great and I left feeling good. Thanks Mike, Marge, and thank you Videon. More
