Overall the experience with Rick Harper has been great from the start. He always remained in contact with me through emails or by phone. He made sure to assist me in the best way possible. There was no pressure into me getting the vehicle i wanted. He made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to him. It's been 2 weeks since I had purchased my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I love the car, but all of a sudden my brakes are making noises and my check engine light just came on. Traded my 2018 Cherokee in on a 2021 Cherokee on 12 31 21. Dealership was great to deal with. Very friendly easy going and stayed past closing at 3pm on new years eve to get paperwork completed and jeep d 21. Dealership was great to deal with. I bought my 2018 at a different much larger chester county dealership and the experience was totally different. Would reccomend anyone looking for a dodge jeep or Chrysler to stop at videon 1st. You definitely feel they care about what you want and can afford and not try to upsell you and get you to purchase a more expensive model. More
