Service phone doesn’t work. Service department doesn’t call with updates. Called to check and phone went to voicemail multiple times. I had to physically come to the service department two times when I was told I would receive a phone call which I never did. I have leased two cars when they were Kelly Chevrolet but will not lease my third car win them. The fact that I never received a phone call, the service department phone system doesn’t work and my weather strip is coming off again already is terrible. More

The car is a 2012 traverse and we have less issues with our 2002 Acura. The issues started since getting the vehicle ands ski I will never trust another Chevrolet vehicle. Additionally, since the new ownership it seems the thoroughness of discovering what is actually wrong is lost, so I just justto paying to fix issues thaty are not the issue I came in for.... good money after bad... Holy moly I got a Free oil change,free tire rotation, free state inspection. Screwed with $60 emission test.
