Execllent Service! I was driving by Kelly Chevrolet and stopped in to the service department to see if I could schedule an oil change for my '13 Avalanche. Not expectin I was driving by Kelly Chevrolet and stopped in to the service department to see if I could schedule an oil change for my '13 Avalanche. Not expecting anything this week (due to being late Thursday afternoon), I asked for the next available appointment. The service rep said that if I could wait about 1/2 an hour, that I could get it done that day. They were busy, but the service guys got my vehicle in at the time promised and completed the job in a timely manner. Comparing this experience to previous service events received elsewhere in the area, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. This type of customer service and care will keep me coming back for any future needs. Overall, the whole Kelly Chevrolet Team continues to exceed expectations. Thanks Kelly Chevrolet!! More
