Customer Service Could not be more satisfied with customers service department. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday; however I got done work early on Tuesday Could not be more satisfied with customers service department. With my recent problem I figured I would try Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville, PA instead of the "other dealership near my home. Pop Pop Fizz Fizz, oh what a hugh relief I felt. They were kind, courteous, explained to me up front the costs for analyzing as well as the cost after analyzing. Scott demonstrated awesome empathy, even after realizing I did not pruchase my vehicle at their dealership or being aware that this was my fist time using them. Scott & Drew are the service advisors, and they always try to get to the root of any issues the customer may be having. Their mechanics (I usually deal with Al or Dennis), have been with Kelly for MANY years - so they are ALWAYS familiar with MY vehicle (and chances are with MANY returning customers). I have been a customer of Kelly Chevrolet (and service) for almost 20 years, and I always tell ANYONE who is in the market for a Chevy, to go to Kelly (plus my salesman Matt Gariti has also been there a VERY long time). You won't be disappointed, unless you don't go! More
