For this service call we had to bring our 2013 Cruze in for service. As it the case with all our recent service calls to Videon it was an overall wonderful experience. My only rationale for not giving 5 stars was the sheer cost for the repairs which was mostly due to labor costs. I understand with this specific service call there was a significant amount of labor involved it is just very frustrating as the labor costs have seemingly sky rocked of late. As a dedicated GM owner and purchaser, the labor and service fees just seem to be increasing. More
