Transmission issue I have taken my Pontiac Torrent here since I purchased used in 2010. I love this dealership and their service department. All the records can be pulled up on the computer and they are so knowledgeable. Both Dennis and Chase who work on my car know me and my vehicle and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the honest and fair estimates. They always explain the work estimate clearly. I tell them when I'm in that I love my car but because of their service, When it is time for resale I have no choice now but to buy a Chevy because Of a quality product AND the fact I can't let anyone else service my cars other than Videon!!!!! More

He tried to push a very high interest loan. When pushed back he said this is the market. Only after additional push back he send the application again and got a reduction in interest from 4.99 to 3.54 (from the same bank). More

Bait and Switch - Management needs an overhaul I received a price online for a vehicle (lowest price before incentives) and upon arrival had to argue for the price that was quoted and they wouldn't I received a price online for a vehicle (lowest price before incentives) and upon arrival had to argue for the price that was quoted and they wouldn't honor any additional incentives. Once a price was agreed upon, the extended warranty was pushed and it was apparent that Angelo was not happy with my choice to decline purchase saying "good luck with that" in a snarky tone. After getting back financing numbers (we have good to very good credit) the rate was above what it should be, which caused me to walk away from the deal (other Chevy dealer in the area confirmed that the rate quoted was much higher than it should be given our credit and financing terms). Over promise, under deliver. Not a good way to do business and a complete waste of time (2+ hours at the dealership). More
