I am so sorry you feel your quoted price online was not honored. We strive to be transparent with all our pricing here at Videon Chevrolet. We honored the price given online 100%. (I gave you the exact price quoted myself). There was a discrepancy with GM Loyalty ownership rebate you did not qualify for but if you remember, I did give you the GM loyalty pricing. I did this even though you didn't qualify (like was quoted online). I did this to make sure you were happy. If you remember, after agreeing on the numbers, our Finance manager politely asked if you were interested in a warranty as we need to know in order to work up a final payment. (we didn't want to waste your time if you were interested because we would have to reprint some of your paperwork if you were interested). We don't want to assume either way. We offer this warranty at a very good price to protect you and your tentative purchase. Afterwards, you politely declined and we continued from there. Everything was fine with the price. We sent this deal to multiple banks to get you the best rate possible. I understand you were not happy with the rate in which you were quoted. This has nothing to do with Videon Chevrolet. The rate is decided by the banks based on a customers credit history, money down, term, and some other factors. We are the middle-man in this situation. Please believe me, we are on your side and work to get you the best rate possible. I see you sent us another email requesting pricing on a different trim. We will get back to you shortly with competitive, transparent pricing I promise. I am so sorry if you feel you had a "bait and switch" pulled on you. This is not the way we do business. Our customers and potential customers are the most important people to us and we strive to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied.
