I went to Kelly Chevrolet yesterday with the intent of just "looking around," getting a few prices, ideas, etc. The minute I got there I was greeted by Dane. He asked me what he could do for me and I told just "looking around," getting a few prices, ideas, etc. The minute I got there I was greeted by Dane. He asked me what he could do for me and I told him I recently saw the 2013 Cruze LTZ, and I was planning to look at it. It didn't take very long for me to realize that I'd be buying a car from Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville. The customer service was unparalleled and I felt like this company actually cared about what I wanted, and that they were going to do everything in their power to make sure I left there happy and satisfied. I bought a 2004 chevy suburban, Staff was friendly , no pressure owner was very nice. Finished the deal drove off the lot got 2.5 miles away heard a loud bang vibration and other noises not normal. Called the dealership turned around and they did everything they could to help fix and resolve the problem. Could not fix it on the spot the rear end went out they gave me a loaner and fixed it the next business day. Was dissapointed BUT you sure cant blame Kelly for something like that. They fixed it made it right and I am very happy with eveyone involved! Will not hesitate to go there again neither should you. Thanks again everyone at Kelly Chevy!!! More

He worked hard with Tim to find us something within our budget with our trade ins. Dane's customer service was great. If he didn't know the answer to one of our questions he didn't try to BS us but instead said he didn't know and would find out for us. When at first Tim and Dane couldn't get the car we wanted to work within our budget they found us another car (same model, newer year) and made the numbers work. Frank in the finance office was also great and very personable. He never tried to pressure us into fiancing or adding any extended warranties but rather listened to our needs/wants. The car had an unexpected problem the very first night we had it. The problem couldn't have been detected or foreseen so it was no fault of Kelly Chevrolet. The team sent one of their service members to our house to get the car running. He then followed us to the service garage where they looked into it and immediately corrected the problem. It was very refreshing to see the entire Kelly Chevrolet team jump to fix the issue instead of making us deal with it ourselves. They couldn't have seen the issue so we weren't upset that it happened but were extremely impressed with how responsive they were to the issue and how quickly they worked to solve it. THAT shows great customer service and proves to people they really do care about their customers! We would definitely shop at Kelly Chevrolet again in the future! More

He made our car buying experience amazing. There was no pressure, their prices are fantastic, and they are so friendly and helpful. When signing the final paperwork, Frank explained everything to us and was so helpful answering any extra questions. I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone at the dealership was to us!! I left the dealership meeting the owner in which he thanked me for my business, which i enjoyed, and left feeling I got the best deal possible for my budget. I will continue to use the dealership for services, which I normally do not do, just because of the experience I had on the sales end. I would highly recommend them for anyone buying or leasing a new or used car. More
