Kelly Chevrolet went above and beyond our expectations! We bought our Tahoe at another dealership and had problems with the car. The other dealership, reedman toll, was not helpful at all. There was never any pressure and the staff was wonderful. Each staff person took the time to introduce themselves, and to make sure that all of my concerns and questions were thoroughly answered. At first, the vehicle I originally wanted was not readily available and the sales associate worked quickly to locate the type of vehicle that I wanted. Within a few days, he traveled to Connecticut to retrieve the truck and drove it back to the dealership. Along the way, he kept me updated, and was happy to accept any of my calls or questions on his personal cell phone. Not only did he accomplish the "mission", but I sensed that he also felt a personal sense of accomplishment to make me a completely satisfied customer. From my initial phone contact, to my first visit to the dealership, and finally to the completion of the sale, the entire dealership made me feel comfortable. They were friendly, warm and courteous and it made me feel at-ease throughout the process.
