My Experience with Kelly Chevrolet was excellent. I was referred to the dealer through my Costco Auto Rewards program and contacted them via their website. Marin Harwood promptly responded to my inquiry a referred to the dealer through my Costco Auto Rewards program and contacted them via their website. Marin Harwood promptly responded to my inquiry and was very eager and ready to help me. As I was purchasing a new vehicle for my wife as a Christmas present, a certain degree of sensitivity as well as flexibility was required. Marin was able to locate a vehicle almost immediately for me that met all my needs. Unfortunately after dealing with some complications with the other dealer (no fault of Kelly Chevrolet), that vehicle that had been located was determined to be unavailable. (Other dealer's wife was using the vehicle on a daily basis.) Marin was able to locate another vehicle very quickly that met my needs. The price negotiation was very fair. All parties at the dealership were extremely accommodating (Marin, Paul, Ted) through this process, even when I needed to leave the dealer early for my own B-day party. Marin has been extremely accommodating in assisting me to make this a Christmas to remember for my wife, to the extent that he will actually be delivering the vehicle to my home on Christmas Eve while my wife is out of the house so that I can surprise her. The dealer will also be keeping my vehicle inside and prepped for the # of days it remains in their custody until Christmas Eve. I have been very impressed with everyone at Kelly Chevrolet and how they run their business. There was never an aire of pushiness or pressure and through the entire process I always felt I was being treated very fairly and the team was genuine in their desire to help me accomplish my goal while remaining fair. I did some shopping online for a used truck I needed to haul a horse trailer. I had to be sure the truck would handle the weight. Started looked at local Chevy dealers and Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville, PA had three trucks that satisfied my requirements. We picked the one that suited us best and arranged to buy it. Matt Casey was very helpful. They even adjusted the price when I pointed out a discrepancy in the price I was quoted and the price quoted on their website. So far we are very happy with our purchase. They also gave a very nice trade-in price for our 2010 Ford Escape. It was a pleasure to do business with Matt Casey at Kelly Chevrolet. More

My boyfriend and I were giving our new 2013 Chevy Cruze a wash in the self service car wash next door to Kelly Chevrolet, when our key fell into the grate under the car. The car was locked and we had no way to get in, and the key fell into a grate full of stagnant water and mud. I decided to run next door to Kelly to see if they could help us. Not only did they help us, but we were able to finally find the key and drive home. The sales associates present in the showroom at the time all helped with my situation. They called on star and told them to remotely unlock the doors (luckily my free trial was still active), and Ernest unlocked the stick so we could put the car in neutral and move it away from the grate. He also went back to the dealership to grab plastic bags so we didn't have to stick our bare hands into the muddy watery grate. Luckily after a few minutes of digging, we found the key. I can't thank the guys at Kelly Chevrolet more. Not only am I a Chevy owner for life, but I know I can always depend on the people working in Chevy dealers. More
