Great Experience A couple weeks ago, I found a car online which led me to Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville. I called in for more details and was connected to a bright, young rep named Lindsey Hackman. Right off the bat, she was efficient and knowledgeable. The few things she could not answer, she would not hesitate to ask management and never left me waiting for a response. She's very personable, and I did not feel like just another customer walking in through the door. I only feel bad that I didnt step in and attach my own new license plate before she went ahead and did it for me bare-handed in 20 degree cold! Very hard working. I had little interaction with anyone else at the dealership besides the finance manager (who was also easy to work with).  From what I observed of the rest of the dealership in general, it seems to run smoothly. I'm happy with my car and if I do business with Kelly Chevrolet again, I will definitely ask for Lindsey. She's the way a rep should be! More

Great buying experience On December 23 I bought a new Chevrolet Impala from Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville, PA. It was a really great buying experience. The internet saleslady, Lindsey Hackman, is a bright, young, attractive person who was a true pleasure to work with. She said she grew up in a Chevy family and proved her roots by having an in-depth knowledge of the car I chose, and then accompanied me on a test drive She dealt very capably with the the USAA Bank and Insurance people and we finalized the deal with no problems. I bought the car through the USAA buying program. The discount quote Kelly had made, together with a very good trade-in allowance, resulted in a rapid, fine buy. All of he others at Kelly, including Mr. Kelly himself, were all very helpful and efficient in taking care of the paperwork and in final car preparation. Lindsey then helped me transfer my belongings to the new Impala and gave me a thorough final briefing. I recommend Kelly Chevrolet very highly to everyone interested in buying a Chevrolet. More

An excellent buying experience! I talked to Matt, whom we had worked with in the past, and told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of SUVs that were of interest, in I talked to Matt, whom we had worked with in the past, and told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of SUVs that were of interest, including the one I ended up buying. Matt was very courteous, took me for a test drive, gave me the opportunity the next day to take the vehicle for an extended test drive, explained all the features and options and told me what the pros and cons of buying that vehicle would be. I felt he was very fair and gave me an honest evaluation and good service. Everyone was courteous and professional, did what was promised when it was promised and made the purchase as painless as possible. When I decided to buy, Matt and the office manager very helpful in getting the paperwork done so there was little wait-time or inconvenience. A good experience all-around! More

Kelly is the BEST! Back in the fall of 2005, I bought my first-ever new car from Kelly Chevrolet, a Cobalt SS coupe. I've been very pleased with the car and the service Back in the fall of 2005, I bought my first-ever new car from Kelly Chevrolet, a Cobalt SS coupe. I've been very pleased with the car and the service I've received from the team at Kelly ever since. The free service loaner is a major incentive to have the car serviced there, even though I live nearly 15 miles away. A few weeks ago,, we brought my car in for State safety and emissions inspection over the week we usually take our annual Poconos vacation. The folks at Kelly are happy to keep the car for us over that time, since we need a place to park it. Since we live in Norristown and have no off-street parking, the car would be ticketed if left on the wrong side of the street on a given morning, due to street sweeping regulations. Shelly called me with the bad news that the car needed brake work to pass inspection, and recommended another common-sense preventive maintenance service (cooling system flush and fill) as well. The cost of these two things was less than I expected them to be, although more than I was hoping to get out of there paying... I had thought the car would fly through just fine. Oh well, at nearly 90,000 miles, I guess it was about time for the car to need brakes! Anyhow, when we arrived to pick up the car, I discovered that the left front tire was flat. When I came back into the service department to get it fixed, they repaired the tire at no charge. My experiences at Kelly Chevrolet have never been anything less than positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to anyone in the market for a car or who needs repairs... As I have done many times already. More
