Two purchased in one week! I was very surprised to be called the very next day. My husband was looking for a truck and I was looking for a previously owned SUV. Within seconds of entering the lot we were meet by Andrea and she walked us around showing us all of the trucks on the lot, she has a wealth of knowledge about trucks. I did ask her how a young girl like her knew so much about a truck. Her answer was that she was trained well at the dealership. Needless to say she along with Paul were excellent in helping us find two vehicles that fit our needs. Negotiated a number for my trade in with an accurate description of my vehicle. (they gave me a ball park value over phone/internet). Drove to dealer 30 minutes later, let them see my trade in and they were able to deliver new SUV polished and buffed by 2:45pm. This is what to expect .... no hassle, no B*ll Sh*t .....just excellent service. I have bought 3 cars so far from Kelly. They will give you a fair market price and treat you very well.
