They corresponded with me via email in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. James ( "Sarge") was very helpful via email. Paul, the sales manager, was absolutely amazing. The dealership is an hour from my home. Yes, there are many dealerships closer to me, but I was impressed with Kelly's customer service from the beginning, which led me to keep them in the running as I narrowed my search. I am so glad that I did! Once I made the drive to see the vehicle & decided it was the one, I explained that I had a very small window of time to complete the transaction. Not only did they expedite the paperwork so that I could be out of the dealership quickly, but they offered to deliver the vehicle to me on CHRISTMAS EVE, with a bow! Remember that the dealership is an hour away from my home! Who does that? Kelly Chevrolet, that is who! They delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas and a smile! Even after the sale when I discovered that the manual was inadvertently removed from the car while they were detailing it, Paul immediately rectified the situation and mailed a manual to me.
