My Favorite Dealershio I used to take my Tahoe to Del Chevy in Paoli when I worked in that area, and I was very reluctant to change my service center. I was very confident with Del, and I had built a relationship with that dealership. But life happens, and I was no longer working in that area, and with initial incredible trepidation, I took my Tahoe to Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville, Pa, since I live in Phoenixville Pa. Much like Del, I felt the same family type atmosphere, the service personnel listened to my description of the problem I was having. I gave these guys a description of the problem I was having which included sounds and reenactments, since I am not a mechanic, and they identified, isolated, and fixed the problem that I was trying to describe. I could in mo way be more satisfied with Brad, the Service manager, or the Service department that he manages. Kelly Chevrolet has a first rate service department, they treat you like family, they keep you informed, and there is no possible way you could go wrong getting your Chevy serviced at Kelly. By the way, I am not related to anyone who works at Kelly, I have no financial interest in this dealership, all of my initial service was done at another dealership out of convenience, as well as skill, but I can not say enough good things about Kelly!!! More

To give an example, as we were driving out in our new Impala (which we love!), James came running after us, in the snow, because we'd left a tube of Chapstick and a half-empty pack of gum in the car and he wanted to return them to us! That's going above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Make sure you call and ask for her....she knows her inventory very well. When I arrived, she took me to the exact truck I was looking to buy via the internet....no bait and switch games with Andrea! The dealership negotiations where pretty much complete prior to my arrival and the Manager Paul was pleasant also. Execllent Service! I was driving by Kelly Chevrolet and stopped in to the service department to see if I could schedule an oil change for my '13 Avalanche. Not expectin I was driving by Kelly Chevrolet and stopped in to the service department to see if I could schedule an oil change for my '13 Avalanche. Not expecting anything this week (due to being late Thursday afternoon), I asked for the next available appointment. The service rep said that if I could wait about 1/2 an hour, that I could get it done that day. They were busy, but the service guys got my vehicle in at the time promised and completed the job in a timely manner. Comparing this experience to previous service events received elsewhere in the area, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. This type of customer service and care will keep me coming back for any future needs. Overall, the whole Kelly Chevrolet Team continues to exceed expectations. Thanks Kelly Chevrolet!! More
