Poor Experience All Around Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can never get ahold of anyone and getting calls returned is almost non-existant. Promises made were broken and they gave us false information. Took weeks to get deals together and we bought TWO cars from them at the same time. They historically only sell about 20 cars a month so you would think they have timr to call their ciustomrs2 By far the worst dealer experience I have ever had and I have bought from no less than 10 dealerships. Completely regret taking the horrible deals we got from them, they did not try to take care of our needs. I highly recommend NOT using this dealership. I will never deal with them again More

Replacement headliner and touch up body paint Had to wait over a week for a replacement part that was supposed to take 2 days. Then when I bought the car it was raining so didn't look over the car Had to wait over a week for a replacement part that was supposed to take 2 days. Then when I bought the car it was raining so didn't look over the car completely. First nice day saw that there was paint damage on the roof of the car and front bumper. Their solution wasn't to correctly fix it. It was touched up with touch up paint and it's still noticeable. This is the second car we bought from this dealership in the past year. Not the service I was expecting from them or wanting giving my loyalty to them. Seriously considering a new dealership to deal with. More
