Anxiety & Fear melted away I've always had a terrible feeling in my tummy when it came down to taking my vehicle in for a check-up or problem. With my recent problem I figured I I've always had a terrible feeling in my tummy when it came down to taking my vehicle in for a check-up or problem. With my recent problem I figured I would try Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville, PA instead of the "other dealership near my home. Pop Pop Fizz Fizz, oh what a hugh relief I felt. They were kind, courteous, explained to me up front the costs for analyzing as well as the cost after analyzing. Scott demonstrated awesome empathy, even after realizing I did not pruchase my vehicle at their dealership or being aware that this was my fist time using them. Scott along with Brad was honest and up-front. I felt like a person and not just another sucker to get money from. Thank you, More

Scott & Drew are the service advisors, and they always try to get to the root of any issues the customer may be having. Their mechanics (I usually deal with Al or Dennis), have been with Kelly for MANY years - so they are ALWAYS familiar with MY vehicle (and chances are with MANY returning customers). I have been a customer of Kelly Chevrolet (and service) for almost 20 years, and I always tell ANYONE who is in the market for a Chevy, to go to Kelly (plus my salesman Matt Gariti has also been there a VERY long time). You won't be disappointed, unless you don't go! More

Bad corvette services My most recent service experience at Kelly Chevrolet was very disappointing. First I am very sad because the service I received at the dealership wa My most recent service experience at Kelly Chevrolet was very disappointing. First I am very sad because the service I received at the dealership was great and I felt very secure about my cars being serviced/inspected there. Having moved back to the Philadelphia area in 2012 from out of state and having more than one car, I was always quite pleased with the service and personal attention I received at Kelly Chevrolet in Phoenixville. This however was not the case this last time when I bought my corvette in for state inspection. I bought my car in for an afternoon inspection and as always, I was going to wait for my car. I parked my car, checked in at the service counter gave him my info and keys. After about 5 minutes and looking at a new truck on the lot, I saw a service tech get in my car and take it to what I thought was right to the his service bay in back of the building. Not thinking twice about it, I proceeded through the customer waiting area to the show room to look at the corvettes on their showroom floor. After about 10 minutes of viewing the new cars, I proceeded back to the service area to see where my car was. I first did not notice my car near any of the service bays near visible from the customer waiting area so I then walked outside to the back garage hoping to see my car there. When I arrive in the back, I did not see my car, however a tech asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was looking for my car. He politely said go the service desk and he will help me. I thought my car may have been driven to anther garage on the opposite side of the building. I therefore walked back though the show room out the front of the dealership and to the opposite side. To my surprise, my car was not to be found. I then decided to walk back to where I originally started. This time my car was parked in the corner service bay next to the garage door. The next thing I heard was another Tech ask me if I needed something, I asked where my car went! He replied smartly, “He took it for a test drive!” I replied “They never took any of my other cars for a test ride before!” He then stated “They have too, they need to check the odometer and they been doing it for fifty years. “ He told me to go wait in the customer area. Now being curious, I was going to watch my car. I stood outside the garage door to watch my car. After about 3 minutes the tech decided to close the garage door on me! This is what got me mad! I have 2 corvettes, and numerous other vehicles which I have bought to the dealership for inspection. Never has the tech driven any of my vehicle beyond the parking lot to the service bay. The previous techs handled all my vehicles with kit glove care and I never had worries of the horror stories of tech and test drives and has my eyes were on my vehicle for most of the servicing. This is why I have not had any hesitation to bring my cars to the dealership. They were always friendly and I felt secure about leaving my car with service tech. I did voice my concern with the owner/general manager and he did check into the situation and said he was sorry to be losing my business and acted as if I was a sixteen year old worried about losing my bicycle. As a corvette owner and as dealership who wants to service corvettes, I feel there “the sense of security “with your car is very important to all corvette owners. My 2003 Zo6 has only 11K miles and is in the same condition as the day I picked it up at the NCM museum in Bowling Green, KY. Again having been to dealership numerous times before, the trust of leaving my car with Kelly dealership is now questioned and the caviler attitude about customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other GM dealerships willing and able to get my business. More
