No communication, lousy service department. Brought my car in for service almost a month ago and they till don't have the part. They say maybe next week and we'll call you. They never do. Purchase of vehicle We went to Kelly to 'look' at used vehicles. One caught our eye, a 2014 Chevy Cruze. I originally had no intention of purchase at that moment.
