I have leased two cars when they were Kelly Chevrolet but will not lease my third car win them. The fact that I never received a phone call, the service department phone system doesn’t work and my weather strip is coming off again already is terrible. More

The car is a 2012 traverse and we have less issues with our 2002 Acura. The issues started since getting the vehicle ands ski I will never trust another Chevrolet vehicle. Additionally, since the new ownership it seems the thoroughness of discovering what is actually wrong is lost, so I just justto paying to fix issues thaty are not the issue I came in for.... good money after bad... Team work makes the dream work. Angelo and Fred S. made our shopping experience a pleasure and we left with more car for lesser money than we had budgeted. My wife's original choice Angelo and Fred S. made our shopping experience a pleasure and we left with more car for lesser money than we had budgeted. My wife's original choice was NOT the right car for her and Angelo and Fred were keen enough to listen to what was important to her and kindly made a suggestion to try an Equinox. She instantly noticed the car had the power hatch and a sunroof and she was hooked!! A test drive later and Angelo and Fred presented us with figures that were BELOW our budget! Our salesman Jobin was personal and friendly and got the paperwork ready quickly and honestly made us feel like friends of his. . (For me, thats the worst part, waiting hours to sign up) within 30 minutes we signed up, car was gassed and cleaned and we were out the door. (Under 3 hours and we did 3 testdrives.)Needless to say my wife is VERY happy so therefore I am happy. I will be back in the Spring to see Fred and Angelo when my lease is up on my truck.
