I recently bought a RAV4 from Mike C and Mike I, with the help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care a help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care about you and want you to get the car you want without going above your budget or through all kinds of hassle. It was refreshing to know that there’s a car dealership out there that meets customer service standards and goes above and beyond!!! I’ll be sending anyone I can to these guys for business. More

Poor Experience and Lack of Follow Up I was working with the used car team on a truck. After working with the General Sales Manager who passed me to a Sales Consultant, we had a deal line I was working with the used car team on a truck. After working with the General Sales Manager who passed me to a Sales Consultant, we had a deal lined up. I asked if I could come the next day, but couldn't since one of the dealers had taken the car home, so I would have to wait an extra day. The dealer mentioned putting down a deposit, but then called and spoke with me about it, suggested since the truck wasn't going to be back the next day in the afternoon, there actually wasn't a need to put one down and we would be ok. I set up a time to come in, filled out the pre-approval (followed up with the finance manager multiple times to make sure everything was lined out but didn't get much response), sent multiple messages to the sales consultant to confirm the meeting and the truck was there and that we could have a quick and easy transaction, only to show up and 15 minutes before I arrived the truck was sold. No notice was given to me that the truck was sold when I drove in from 45 minuets away and assumed I was going to be able to sign paperwork and finalize financing and be on my way. After being there an hour and a half they let me know the truck was gone, I immediately asked to speak with the General Sales Manager. He tried to shift blame to me that it was my fault that I didn't put the deposit down, when in fact the sales consultant told me I didn't need to do it. After arguing with the sales manager with 6 other people in the office, he told me he wanted to make it right, had access to 3 different auctions, and wanted to earn my business. The General Sales Manager sent me one email that afternoon after I left, I followed up twice and heard nothing back, then he sent me one more email and I have followed up more than 5 times with nothing back. They talk a big game about wanting to help out but really lack follow up. I even tried to send a message to the General Manager but have yet to hear back. More
Great Response On Good Friday morning our 2016 Toyota Highlander would not start. The “power steering system” icon came on so I referred to the owner’s manual which stated to contact the Toyota Dealer immediately for service. I contacted Weiss Toyota and talked to Courtney in the service department. She managed to fit me in at 4:00 pm for service. So, I contacted AAA to have my Highlander taken to Weiss Toyota. AAA was very prompt. The battery was completely dead by now. AAA managed to jump start it. However, this time the “check engine” icon came on. I had AAA take my Highlander to Weiss Toyota. I contacted Weiss Toyota Service and talked to Prinz, Service Advisor about the problems. He said they would perform a diagnostic test to identify the problem. However, because of the Good Friday - Easter weekend, they were really swamped with vehicles that needed service. He said they would get my Highlander looked at Saturday. On Saturday morning, Prinz contacted me and said the battery was dead and they could not run a diagnostic test. I had them replace the battery which Prinz gave me a discount on. Prinz called me back Saturday morning and said every thing checked out after letting the vehicle run for a while. Prinz offered to have the Highlander delivered to my residence even though they were short on help. I said I would make arrangements to have my daughter pick up my Highlander and deliver it to our residence. By Saturday afternoon, we had our Highlander back. Thanks to Prinz who went out of his way to make sure our Toyota Highlander problem was resolved. More
Lease buy-out Had the good fortune of working with Harry Nuhanovic when arranging to buy the car we had been leasing. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient Had the good fortune of working with Harry Nuhanovic when arranging to buy the car we had been leasing. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Immediately clarified any questions we had or any procedural items he wanted to check on himself. Was refreshing to have a no pressure experience at a car dealership that focused on client needs and timeline. More
After sale service needs work. Bought my last car here, the buying experience was decent but the after purchase service was pretty garbage. They took about three weeks to get me my Bought my last car here, the buying experience was decent but the after purchase service was pretty garbage. They took about three weeks to get me my title and you have to register within 30 days with the DMV. In addition, when I finally did get to the DMV the paperwork was dated incorrectly. So after waiting in line two hours at the DMV I was told I had to go back to the dealer. Here's the thing, my time is worth money and waiting in line for two hours when I could have been doing something else is complete BS. When I called them I left a message that was never returned so I had to call back. When I finally did get a hold of someone I asked what they would do to compensate my time. The answer was absolutely nothing. They initially wanted me to come into their dealership to pick up the corrected paperwork (it's not convenient at all for me), thus wasting even more of my time. I told them that wasn't happening and they did finally mail the corrected paperwork with at least the $25 fee needed for being over 30 days in registering the car. In addition, when I finally did get back to another 2 hour wait at the DMV the inspection report they gave me had also expired (it had been done in January and I bought the car in March). Rather than messing with their subpar service I just went and paid a shop down the street to do the inspection, went back to the DMV for the THIRD time, waited another hour and finally got everything done. I'll never go back to Weiss. There are plenty of other options out there and they can't follow all the way through when they sell you a car. Honestly, a couple of gift certificates for a decent meal for all the time I wasted becuase of THEIR mistake is all it would have taken. Now they lost a customer with 4 kids about to hit driving ages. More
