Prinz sent me to Dzevad who was so kind and we went back and forth several times, but I knew we could work something out ! We agreed on a price then I sent to Mr. Cross. We had tons of laughs and crunching numbers. Just a regular happy hour!! I'm sure they were tired of me at the end but everyone was happy including me. Tom Coates Rocks! I had my 2005 Tacoma's frame replaced -- HUGE job. Tom utterly failed in his timing by a whole week. That is to say, he (well, the mechanics) got my truck back to me in three days versus the expected 10. He kept me informed of the progress as much as he could. I've taken my other car to their neighbor's multiple times and had the exact opposite (that is to say "less than impressive") experience. Tom needs to go teach their service department how it's done right. More
