He then escorted me to the waiting room which was clean and comfortable. The service was completed in about 30 minutes! I was in and out in no time and Thomas encouraged me to bring the car back in 4-5 months so that I could take advantage of the complimentary service to its fullest.. I was greeted by two different people who immediately found Dzevad Tasic with whom I had an appointment. Dzevad showed me multiple cars and went for a test drive with me. He was able to answer all of my questions. When I purchased the car, he went out, explained all of the functions and set up my Bluetooth. The finance department was just as easy to deal with and had me approved in about 20 minutes. Mike Cross was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership!
