Everyone I dealt with was dishonest, ESPECIALLY the General Manager. They do not give you the deal they agreed to give you when you agreed to reserve the car.. They use pressure tactics when you are working out the paper work like" look at the people walking around who will buy the car you reserved today if you don't agree to the new price we are telling you you have to pay today" They are the least honest dealership I have ever experienced! The Finance paperwork copies were illegible do to poor copy quality and when I requested a better copy I was not given one. More
I was given assistance on setting up the log-in to Apple CarPlay (salesperson suggested 1111111 for a password, ridiculous,) and nithing else.). Victory gave me paperwork saying they would not sell or share my personal information for 30 days, but shared my information with 5 finance companies and used my information to apply for loans in my name at all 5 companies. Victory finance said they could not find my credit union so I’m paying a higher rate for my loan. I took BART to pick up my old car the day after I bought my new car. I called ahead and said I would be there in about an hour and the dealership said they could not spare someone the 10 minutes it would take to pick me up. More

They did a great job. Did all the things we discussed up front. It was a little slow on the return but it wasn't Victory's fault, it happened to be the day of their new Did all the things we discussed up front.
