I was pleased with the deal they offered me for both my trade in and a new leased car. It took a few visits, but the people were friendly, they were honest, and the negotiation was fair. I can't believe how fast and thorough my most recent service was. In and out in under 30 minutes (23 to be exact). I barely had time to open to newspaper and check for urgent emails. All good.
