Mario was very patient with us. He let us try out different models and pick one we were comfortable with. We must have spent 6 hours or more there and when we were done, he told us he was due to lea different models and pick one we were comfortable with. Also, we called this dealership (which I had dealt with before) to ask about buying a new Matrix. The person who answered told me they were phasing out Matrix. Getting my oil changed was very simple, and the service rep. Thomas was very accommodating with my busy schedule.
