Luis Rodriguez made sure all the paperwork was handled in a professional manner and was even able to make adjustments for certain documents I had not brought along. Luis was patient,fun to talk to, and professional. Luis also took his time to show me the features of the new car while Guy and Al were finalizing paperwork. Beyond positive experience trading in and buying a new car. Luis Rodriguez (sales) and Guy Drake (manager) are amazing.Calm,professional and honest they were moving things along smoothly.They were both very informative and may I say it again calmly professional.It was like boutique spa of dealership experience! That place has family like atmosphere .It was our third trade in and purchase experience in Chicago (first at Midtown) and I had no idea it can be so stress free and friendly experience. I must say that we had damage to our car assessed at 3 independent body shops and it was $1200 max.Well Guy Drake deducted for that same damage only $1000 knowing the 1200 number.Still gave us fair trade in offer.I call that honest !I strongly recommend Midtown Toyota!
