A Decent Dealership But......................... Was told by Ben that the card was actually valued at $25000 or $26000 - at that price I felt that I should have had some of the extras I wanted like heated seats and an "automatic start" Would love to hear from you - this was a pre-certified vehicle used as a loaner for Midtown Service Customers with 2,089 miles on it when it was purchased & I did agree to buy extended warranty, tire & maintenace coverage - thought I should have received better treatment price-wise! Luis was patient,fun to talk to, and professional. Luis also took his time to show me the features of the new car while Guy and Al were finalizing paperwork. Luis Rodriguez (sales) and Guy Drake (manager) are amazing.Calm,professional and honest they were moving things along smoothly.They were both very informative and may I say it again calmly professional.It was like boutique spa of dealership experience! That place has family like atmosphere .It was our third trade in and purchase experience in Chicago (first at Midtown) and I had no idea it can be so stress free and friendly experience. I must say that we had damage to our car assessed at 3 independent body shops and it was $1200 max.Well Guy Drake deducted for that same damage only $1000 knowing the 1200 number.Still gave us fair trade in offer.I call that honest !I strongly recommend Midtown Toyota!
