The larger dealerships were too slick and constantly trying to "close" me on the deal. Midtown is not a large store, but they have a large heart where you feel like they are listening to what you want. Highly recommend them! More

He do not push you and that good, but try this (if's up to you what car you pick but I am concern when it come to selling a good car to my customer.(So don't hold this against him. Good review about Luis deserve a (E) on his record for excellent good job Luis I can say that because I am really a hard person to satisfy. Your business will not be appreciated I have never ever felt that my business is unwanted and will not be appreciated until i went to mid-town Toyota. Very poor customer service. On January 5th, I called earlier in the day, spoke to David N. sales consultant at Mid-Town Toyota and told him that i would like to stop by to lease a car, and wanted to get lease information before i get there so i can do my numbers. I was asked by David to answer few questions and then he said let me work on the numbers for you and will call you back with the info and to set an appointment. I waited from 10:30am until 6pm with no call back so i decided to head there anyways as i wanted to get the car that day. I got there with my wife and i was approached by Arturo G. who said that David was busy with a client and he will be helping us in the mean time. I explained to him what that i had waited all day for the info from david , however after asking David he said the David had the wrong phone number; I asked which number he had, the number he gave me was my correct phone number; I wondered if my phone isn't working even though i had no problem receiving calls all day so i asked if it did go directly to voice mail or there was no answer.. he said they weren't sure but they couldn't get through and there was no VM from David. I was like, ok, whatever... it happens. Arturo answered few questions but made us feel very rushed while speaking, i told him that i am ready to leave the dealership with a car and he won't be wasting his time. So i asked if we can test drive the car, he stated that we should come at a different day as its cold outside and it was an hour before closing; also a snow blizzard was on the way and they moved the cars to a garage few blocks away... I said ok, can you tell me more about the features and the difference in models and colors of the car... he said wait a second and went to look for catalogues for the Camry and the Rav4 which i was interested in, However he came back only with a camry catalogue and said that they were out of the Rav4 catalogues but i can go online to see all the info!!! he didn't give us any specs or options of the different he said general options quickly without referring it to any models and really didn't want to spend any more time with us. So i was like let's look at the ones in the showroom and that was 45mins before closing time, he said sure ; walked us out of his office stood with us for 3 minutes and then he excused himself. Came back in 10minutes after and really rushed us out of the showroom that's when David came to give me his business card, excused himself while was putting his jacket and walked out. Again, thought could be the blizzard or whatever people get like when it's close to closing time. So I called David the day or two after around 11am and he wasn't around so i spoke to Arturo who told me to give him 15minutes to call me back. Didnt hear anything until i I got a call back from David at 6pm saying that he got in at 5 and got my message! (Shouldn't have Arturo called me back to say i will have David call you when he gets in!! instead he left a note on David's desk, very poor sales and customer service skills). Anyhow I was busy at that moment so i told him i would call him back but i didn't get a chance to call before they closed so i called him after i got from out of town which is 3 days after. The guy had no idea who i am, and i had to try to remind him about what wanted again, then he said yes yes, no i remember but had no info about the lease or the numbers period and was rushing me so bad so i said Are you with a client which he seemed like he was, he said yes so i told him no worries. Please call me when you can. No calls. I called the day after and asked to speak to him it was about a one minute hold before he was on the line, so i was asking him questions about the down payment and the deposit etc... he really seemed like he wasn't sure from any numbers he was giving me, the and car monthly lease amount doubled so i was like why the monthly amount almost doubled, he said that there is about 3000 dollars of fees for the lease and registration etc. that will make the payment go higher, I asked him to breakdown the fees for me so i know what i will be paying for, the number he had given me totaled only $403, i said that is not all the numbers, he said in a rowdy way well; i left the office about 5 minutes before you called and i don't have any numbers in front of me no to give you (that was at 6pm)When i heard that, i said you know what David; i was more than ready to lease a car the miute i walked in to the dealership , however it seems like you guys don't l really need my business so don't worry about it. His answer to me was (OK, No Problem) and he hung up. Just like that I Swear. Really!! no sorry, no how can we make it up; how can earn your business!! nope, nothing. So I guess the question is, IS THIS the type of dealership or sales consultant or even sales supervisor that anyone would ever want to deal with!? You must ask you self that question before you go there to spend your money and give them your business. Anyhow i felt that i must let the manager there know about bad experience as i am a business owner and i know how important customers feedback are, especially when both of them will make sure that no one knows about what had happened. I spoke to Shane right after i hung up with David and let him know the story. He really didn't like what he heard and told me that he is very sorry that my experience was horrible and that he lost my business as i told him no way i will be coming back and will go to another dealer ( i don't want to mention the other dealership so no one thinks that i am trying to advertise for another dealer... this is a my true experience) which i really did go to another one the next day and i walked out after spending less than 2 pleasant hours with them the car i wanted any my business was very appreciated. Awesome Service For An Oil Change I recently made the drive from California to Chicago. I definitely needed an oil change after that drive, and having started a new job, didn't have th I recently made the drive from California to Chicago. I definitely needed an oil change after that drive, and having started a new job, didn't have the flexibility to bring my car in whenever was convenient for most places. I was able to make a 7:45 AM appointment and was out by 8 AM. I've had oil changes take more than 30 minutes and they did an overall inspection so the next time I come in what I should expect to have done. Thanks Midtown Toyota! More

A Decent Dealership But......................... Like I said in my previous comments I think that sales person was willing o work with me but Finance Guy would not allow it at all until I decided to Like I said in my previous comments I think that sales person was willing o work with me but Finance Guy would not allow it at all until I decided to take a hike - would feel better if Toyota would contact me directly to let me know if I got a decent deal - traded by 2012 Chevy for 2000 & put $4000 down and I still owed the full price of the car - how does that work ! Was told by Ben that the card was actually valued at $25000 or $26000 - at that price I felt that I should have had some of the extras I wanted like heated seats and an "automatic start" Would love to hear from you - this was a pre-certified vehicle used as a loaner for Midtown Service Customers with 2,089 miles on it when it was purchased & I did agree to buy extended warranty, tire & maintenace coverage - thought I should have received better treatment price-wise!
