I had an exceptional service experience at Victory Toyota of Midtown. David was warm and welcoming. After the initial inspection of my car, he explained thoroughly all of their recommendations. He was Toyota of Midtown. David was warm and welcoming. After the initial inspection of my car, he explained thoroughly all of their recommendations. He was clear and straightforward and I really had the sense that he was not trying to upsell anything. He arranged for me to be driven home because the service was going to take a few hours. When the work was completed, they picked me up and took me back to the dealership. David and Victory Toyota exceeded my expectations on all counts. I will definitely return in the future. More
