Great dealership, great sales representative. Great business. Went in there browsing for a new car, wasn't sure what I wanted. My salesman, Mario, was so helpful in helping me figure out what the Great business. Went in there browsing for a new car, wasn't sure what I wanted. My salesman, Mario, was so helpful in helping me figure out what the best car for me would be. I don't really know about any of the technical aspects of cars and he explained and broke everything down simply to tell me what was important in a vehicle. I really like going to dealerships where the employees don't try to pressure you into purchasing a car when you aren't completely ready; Mario wasn't pushy at all and made it clear that we were on my time to make a decision. The dealership itself was very clean and spacious with a decent amount of vehicles to choose from. I would recommend this place to future car buyers and would highly suggest you ask for Mario as your sales representative. More

Sold on empty promises ---I sincerely regret doing business with those who I have spoken to from this dealership.--- If you want to be sold on empty promises and treated ---I sincerely regret doing business with those who I have spoken to from this dealership.--- If you want to be sold on empty promises and treated with disrespect every step of the way then look no further. Felt very disrespected by salesman Miguel while buying the car, he was in a hurry to close the sale instead of work with me, constantly saying he had meetings, hanging up the phone on me, getting visibly frustrated at me, etc. when he just was tired of talking to me about the car I wanted to buy. I needed the car for work so he was able to take advantage of me with respect to the price, and I eventually bought it with his repeated assurance that it is "clean carfax, low miles, one owner." A week later check engine light comes on and the engine is making a knocking noise, and I can never get in touch with Miguel after he passed me off to Eugene who rushed to get my car ready that day, even though I had called well in advance that I was coming two different times. Somehow they believe all accountability falls on the customer and not their rude xxx employees. I called them and they said if it's major we probably can't help you, we can talk on the phone all day about it... bring it in. The overall tone and whole experience with this dealership has been very rude and I will never come here to buy a car again. There were many things they said that they would fix which they did not. These salesmen have less patience than a teenager, and will let you know about it! I will advise anyone else who is looking to purchase a car to not to business with these people, they will sell you a lemon and give you xxxxty customer service the whole time. More
