Ronald, the internet sales manager at Midtown, promptly prepared an aggressive quote and emailed me a detailed summary. After experiencing dishearteningly slimy tactics at two other dealers earlier in the day, I walked into Midtown with quote in hand, expecting the same. Instead, Mario, the sales consultant who greeted us, instantly honored their very low quote without any haggling or attempts to sneak in dealer-added accessories. Mario was knowledgeable about the Prius's systems and went above and beyond to explain the car's features in detail, even after we had made the purchase. Midtown's service-first attitude and commitment to transparency were also evident in our positive interactions with their finance manager Al and sales consultant Ben. In all, purchasing the car at Midtown was an enjoyable and confidence-inspiring experience. More
