Cannot get anyone to cancel my gap insurance I was able to pay off my car early and was told to have the dealer where I purchased my vehicle send me the form to cancel my gap insurance because I I was able to pay off my car early and was told to have the dealer where I purchased my vehicle send me the form to cancel my gap insurance because I will receive a small refund on the premium. I have called twice and emailed them and I was first lied to and said any Toyota dealer could do this and this is not true. Gap insurance can only be canceled by the dealer you purchased it from. I called back and was hung up on and have emailed and still no response. I no longer live in Chicago or I would have gone to the dealer personally. More
