The new location is incredibly convenient. I stopped going to the old location because there was always a traffic jam to get in because the street waa so narrow. I set an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and had to wait an hour before anyone even acknowledged me in line. I had to go out of my way to seek someone out so I could get back to work. Then I was cha to wait an hour before anyone even acknowledged me in line. I had to go out of my way to seek someone out so I could get back to work. Then I was charged $180 to change a fuse which is excessive, and called the next day to ask if they would buy my car. Why would I sell my car to a dealership with this kind of customer service? More
