When buying out a lease, Pedro was very standoffish and just rude. When asked about a price difference between what we were told and what we were signing he just said “I don’t know” and “this is the price just rude. When asked about a price difference between what we were told and what we were signing he just said “I don’t know” and “this is the price that I am using”. In the end I figured it out on my own (the last payment was included in the final price) but this experience did not have to end this way. The basic law of business is it’s always easier to keep a customer than gain a new one and this customer will NOT be back. Didn’t feel appreciated at all for buying a vehicle from this dealership. I’ve owned 3 Toyotas is the span of 13 years and visited pretty much all the Toyota dealerships/service centers in Illinois. Victory Toyota is hands down the best.
