I’ve only recently started coming here for my maintenance services but so far each time has been a terrific experience. Herman greeted me immediately upon entering and was efficient and professional. Unprofessional, irresponsible, lack of accountability management is lazy. Waste of time. Dragged my situation a whole year caused me additional expenses and damaged to my vehicle instead of actually allo management is lazy. Waste of time. Dragged my situation a whole year caused me additional expenses and damaged to my vehicle instead of actually allowing me to go back to the shop to have my initial issue fixed covered by the warranty of my accident. It wasn’t my first issue with these guys. But decided to continue going to them because the initial advisor really took dedication to help me also was refunded for a leak that my warranty covered I had to really fight it and call corporate Toyota. Certain advisors and technicians don’t know what they are doing. Don’t know what warranties cover your vehicle. Management itself needs a lot of training because they lack of basic people skills. Lack of empathy to the situation. Felt like I really got taken advantage because I’m a woman and I don’t have a whole lot of knowledge in cars. Definitely left a bad taste.! More
