I recently had service performed on my Toyota 4Runner at Victory Midtown and was extremely pleased with the service I received. My service advisor was Edwin Salgado, upon my first visit he helped install a Victory Midtown and was extremely pleased with the service I received. My service advisor was Edwin Salgado, upon my first visit he helped install a front plate bracket on the 4Runner even though I had not purchased the vehicle there. His helpfulness on that initial visit caused me to return to have Victory Midtown do a brake service and oil change on my vehicle. Again I was impressed with the way Edwin and Victory Midtown took care of my Vehicle. Edwin kept me informed and eased all my concerns through out the process. Definitely recommend Victory Midtown for a Toyota product. More

When buying out a lease, Pedro was very standoffish and just rude. When asked about a price difference between what we were told and what we were signing he just said “I don’t know” and “this is the price just rude. In the end I figured it out on my own (the last payment was included in the final price) but this experience did not have to end this way. The basic law of business is it’s always easier to keep a customer than gain a new one and this customer will NOT be back. Didn’t feel appreciated at all for buying a vehicle from this dealership.
